Job Description

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is seeking CRNAs to join its growing anesthesia team. This full-time, hospital-employed role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities to practice across a wide range of surgical cases. CRNAs will enjoy practicing to the full scope of their license with the support of a collaborative care team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for cases including neurosurgery, GI, CT surgery, plastic surgery, urology, and healthy pediatrics
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses intraoperatively
• Ensure safe and smooth post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to optimize patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment with competitive compensation packages
• Secondary call option: $287,520 annually (including sign-on bonus), based on 1,680 hours annually
• No call option: $250,400 annually, based on 1,760 hours annually
• Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available
• $4,000 annual CME allowance
• Sign-on bonus included
• Epic EMR system

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Kentucky state licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills across diverse surgical specialties
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
