Job Description
We need CRNAs to join the anesthesia team at MidState Medical Center in Meriden, Connecticut. This opportunity is open to full-time, part-time, and per-diem CRNAs due to continued program growth. Providers will practice within an Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model in a well-established hospital environment with strong anesthesiologist-CRNA collaboration and daily variation in assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a medically directed Anesthesia Care Team model
- Supervise and manage anesthesia delivery across two to three operating rooms
- Participate in preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative handoff
- Administer induction agents depending on daily assignment and case requirements
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, residents, and SRNAs
Clinical Practice Environment
- Hospital-based anesthesia practice at MidState Medical Center
- ACT model with balanced mix of hands-on cases and supervision
- Case assignments rotate day to day for broad clinical exposure

Schedule & Work Options
