Job Description

Mountain West Anesthesia is seeking full-time CRNAs to join its collaborative anesthesia team at Riverton Hospital. This W-2 position offers an exceptional work-life balance with weekday-only scheduling, no call, and a medically directed model that values collegial discussion, autonomy, and best-practice anesthesia care. New graduate CRNAs are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a medically directed team model
• Participate in collegial anesthetic planning and intraoperative decision-making
• Administer induction agents as the CRNA
• Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across assigned cases
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $230,000–$250,000
• Total compensation package: approximately $283,575–$302,357
• Large sign-on bonus with three-year commitment
• Up to 40 days of PTO annually (PTO plus holidays)
• Flexible weekly hours (36–46 hours target)
• Overtime paid after 40 hours

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday only

Job Requirements

• Active or eligible Utah CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification (or in examination process)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• New graduates encouraged to apply
