Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opportunity with a well-established private anesthesia group in Wausau, Wisconsin. CRNAs work an average of fewer than 40 hours per week with a standard daytime schedule and predictable call structure. Premium shift pay allows clinicians to customize earnings based on desired call volume. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad surgical case mix
• Participate in a collaborative anesthesia care team with experienced surgeons
• Take part in scheduled call with compensated pre-call, post-call, and callback time
• Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia services

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation package up to $470,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Average work hours under 40 per week
• Premium weekday and weekend shift pay
• Over 13% employer contribution to 401(k)

• Holiday worked = additional PTO day plus $1,000 bonus
• Longevity-based PTO with up to 5 additional days

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position
• Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Call: 1 in 15 nights
• Always off the day after first call
