Job Description

Wellstar Health System is actively hiring full-time CRNAs and CAAs for its newly developed Columbia County Hospital in Grovetown, GA. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new anesthesia team and help launch a modern, state-of-the-art hospital in one of Georgia’s fastest growing communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the anesthesia team in a newly constructed clinical environment
• Work on daytime and weekend OR shifts with in-house call availability
• Provide anesthesia for a broad range of cases including emergency cesarean procedures
• Collaborate with on-site anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Support launch and development of a new hospital facility

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation between $220,000 and $340,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $325,000

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA or CAA credentialing and licensure
• Comfortable with a full range of cases including OB and emergency procedures
• Ability to function effectively in a new hospital environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Daytime and weekend shifts
• In-house call model with anesthesiologist support
• Hospital opening Fall 2026 in a new clinical setting
