Seven Hills Anesthesia, the largest independent anesthesia group in the Tri-State region, is seeking full-time CRNAs to join its Northern Kentucky division supporting St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care independently within a supportive, supervised model
• Conduct preoperative patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Deliver anesthesia for OB, neuro, ortho, vascular, ophthalmic, and general surgical cases
• Participate in rotating call schedules or select no-call options based on preference
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, and perioperative teams

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 compensation range: $210,000–$280,000+ annually
• $60,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
• 7.5%–15% profit-sharing contribution by employer

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA and RN licensure
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to practice autonomously across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 employment
• Rotating call; infrequent first call with occasional post-call days off
• No-call positions available
• Autonomous CRNA practice with anesthesiologist supervision
• Diverse caseload across multiple hospital service lines
