MAK Anesthesia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Strategic Health Partners (SHP), is seeking full-time and PRN CRNAs for CRNA-only solo practice roles at ASTRA Plastic Surgery and Eye South in Roswell, Georgia. This unique opportunity allows CRNAs to practice independently in an outpatient surgical setting while also holding beneficial ownership in the practice at no personal cost. It is the only anesthesia group in Georgia offering employee ownership through an ESOP model, providing long-term financial upside alongside competitive annual compensation.

This role is ideal for experienced CRNAs seeking autonomy, schedule consistency, and a high-quality outpatient caseload in a supportive, professionally managed environment. Providers work CRNA solo, without anesthesiologist supervision, and benefit from predictable schedules, strong administrative support, and excellent work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care in a CRNA-only outpatient setting
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia for plastic surgery and ophthalmologic procedures
• Ensure safe intraoperative management and post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to maintain efficient OR flow

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 compensation range: $260,000–$300,000 annually (experience-based)
• 7 weeks of paid time off annually

Schedule & Work Environment

• ASTRA Plastic Surgery: Tuesday–Friday with 8-hour guarantee (32–40 hrs/week)
