Job Description

This full-time CRNA position with Seven Hills Anesthesia offers the opportunity to join the largest independently owned anesthesia practice in the Tri-State region. CRNAs at St. Elizabeth Dearborn enjoy an autonomous practice model supported by anesthesiologist supervision within a collaborative, team-focused environment. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of cases—including neuro, ortho, vascular, ophthalmic, and general surgery—and allows providers to select schedules with or without call, depending on income goals. Key Responsibilities

• Independently deliver anesthesia care with anesthesiologist support as needed
• Conduct preoperative assessments and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Provide anesthesia services for neuro, orthopedic, vascular, ophthalmic, and general surgical cases
• Participate in call rotations if desired for additional income
• Collaborate with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 compensation: $210,000–$280,000 depending on schedule and call participation
• $60,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
• 15% profit-sharing opportunity
• 7.5%–15% employer retirement contribution
• Additional earning potential through overtime, bonuses, and shift differentials

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA and RN licensure
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to practice independently within a supported care team
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
