Job Description

TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative team of five CRNAs and two anesthesiologists. The anesthesia team supports over 4,500 surgeries annually across a variety of specialties. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, a $30,000 signing bonus, strong productivity incentives, and a supportive practice environment in an independent, non-profit hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for surgical specialties including ENT, gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, pulmonology, and urology.
  • Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, with post-call days off provided in some instances.
  • Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care in collaboration with a cohesive medical staff.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and maintain adherence to best practices in anesthesia care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $240,000 – $280,000 annually, plus productivity incentives.
  • $30,000 signing bonus.

Job Requirements

  • NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
  • Active Kentucky CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong skills in a broad range of anesthesia services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hospital environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time W-2 hospital-employed role.
  • Call schedule: 1st and 2nd call every 4th night.
  • Post-call day off provided in some cases.
  • Supportive administration and medical staff committed to provider success.
  • Immediate start available.
