Job Description

Autonomous CRNA Opportunity at Wickenburg Community Hospital in Arizona. Wickenburg Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a high-quality, community-focused anesthesia team in Wickenburg, Arizona. This role is ideal for a CRNA looking for a low-acuity hospital environment with excellent compensation, no call responsibilities, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

CRNAs in this position function as primary team providers, delivering anesthesia services for a predictable mix of bread-and-butter cases including orthopedics, general surgery, and endoscopy. The hospital features a modern operating suite with two ORs and supports both inpatient and outpatient anesthesia. Case acuity is intentionally lower than large tertiary centers, allowing providers to practice confidently and efficiently.

This is a highly autonomous role well-suited for experienced CRNAs who value independence, clinical ownership, and a collaborative working relationship with surgeons and staff. Peripheral nerve block experience is helpful but not required, as training is available for motivated candidates.

Compensation is exceptionally competitive, with annual earnings ranging from $390,000 to $400,000 based on an average schedule of 8.5 hours per day, five days per week, for 46 weeks per year. The position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role, with flexible contract options including three-, four-, or five-day workweeks and guaranteed hours. There is no call, no nights, and no weekend obligation.
