Join our team in beautiful Olympia, WA! Earn $275,000/year with additional incentives: up to $45,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, $30,000 loan repayment, and a quality incentive bonus. Flexible schedule to enjoy the countless activities of the Pacific Northwest.

MultiCare Capital Medical Center is a 107-bed, award-winning community-based healthcare facility providing care through more than 20 specialties and subspecialties. We are known throughout the greater South Sound community for compassion and integrity.

What We Offer

• Annual salary: $275,000
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $15,000 relocation bonus
• $30,000 loan repayment
• 5% quality incentive bonus (up to $13,750 annually)
• 1858 onsite hours (shift-based, 10- and 12-hour shifts)
• Extra shift pay: $166.08
• On-call: 1 night/week from home and 1 weekend/month. Day off usually after first call.
• Wellness program with dedicated mental health services and leadership and wellness coaching

Requirements

• License as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Washington State
• Board eligibility or board certification by the NBCRNA, or equivalent
• Prescription authority licensure in Washington State and DEA registration
• Credentialed and privileged by Capital Medical Center
