Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a range of specialties: general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, high-volume total joints, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation with flexible scheduling
• Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and post-operative care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff
• Mentor and support CRNA students during clinical training

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $300,000–$320,000 annually, depending on experience

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Active Minnesota CRNA license (or eligibility)
• Strong ability to work in a medically directed team model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Choose from flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts
• 1:8 call rotation, with the option to offset two half days around call shifts
• No cardiac, neuro, or pediatric cases
