Job Description
Salish Sedation Services, a rapidly expanding anesthesia practice based in Bellingham, Washington, is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a flexible, independent environment across multiple Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs). Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a range of outpatient surgical specialties.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans.
- Administer anesthesia autonomously and monitor patient safety throughout procedures.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and fellow anesthesia providers to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and patient handoff to PACU staff.
Compensation & Schedule
- Annual Compensation: $400,000–$500,000 (1099 independent contractor)
- Daytime hours only — no call, nights, weekends, or holidays
- Multiple positions available with flexible scheduling options
- Opportunities to work across several ASCs within Bellingham

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential required
