Job Description

Salish Sedation Services, a rapidly expanding anesthesia practice based in Bellingham, Washington, is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a flexible, independent environment across multiple Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs). Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a range of outpatient surgical specialties.
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans.
Administer anesthesia autonomously and monitor patient safety throughout procedures.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and fellow anesthesia providers to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
Manage post-anesthesia recovery and patient handoff to PACU staff.

Compensation & Schedule

Annual Compensation: $400,000–$500,000 (1099 independent contractor)
Daytime hours only — no call, nights, weekends, or holidays
Multiple positions available with flexible scheduling options
Opportunities to work across several ASCs within Bellingham

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential required
Active Washington State RN and CRNA licenses (or eligibility to obtain)
