Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, Georgia. This role offers a highly autonomous practice with no medical direction, allowing CRNAs to work to their full scope, including performing blocks and placing lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in a highly autonomous practice environment
  • Work to full scope including regional anesthesia and line placement
  • Participate in call coverage as applicable
  • Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits

  • New Graduate Base Salary: $200,000
  • Experienced CRNA Base Salary: $205,000 – $245,000
  • $39,000 additional income for call (OB proficiency required)
  • $40,000 Retention Bonus
  • End of Year Bonus Offered
