Job Description

A well-established group in south coastal Delaware is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their outpatient surgery team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. This is an excellent opportunity for SRNAs and experienced CRNAs looking for a predictable schedule with no call, nights, or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in an outpatient surgery setting
• Administer a variety of anesthetic techniques, including general and regional anesthesia
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $250,000
• Medical and malpractice insurance provided
• 6 weeks of paid vacation

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Delaware RN and APRN licensure (or eligibility)
• New graduates (SRNAs) are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
