Job Description

Encompass Anesthesia Partners LLC is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a newly partnered facility in Southwest Georgia. This is a definite, day-shift-only opportunity offering true independent practice, a highly supportive team environment, and a compensation package designed for long-term sustainability and work-life balance.

This position is structured as a 1099 role with annual compensation ranging from $320,000 to $330,000, along with an exceptional time-off package that includes 10 weeks of vacation. CRNAs in this role will work day shifts only, with no call, no nights, and no weekend responsibilities. The schedule is intentionally designed to provide consistency and predictability, making this an excellent option for providers prioritizing lifestyle without sacrificing earning potential.

The clinical model is fully autonomous, with no medical direction at any time. The caseload includes a broad range of general anesthesia cases but specifically excludes obstetrics, cardiac, and neuro cases, allowing for a focused and manageable practice environment. Encompass Anesthesia Partners is committed to building a cohesive, high-performing team and offers hands-on training for regional anesthesia techniques, making this role especially attractive to new graduates as well as experienced CRNAs.

Multiple positions are available, and leadership opportunities—including a potential Chief CRNA role—may be considered for qualified candidates. Malpractice coverage is fully provided by the group, and incentive pay is available for CRNAs who choose to work additional shifts during their time off. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care for a variety of general surgical cases
• Maintain accurate patient records and anesthesia documentation
• Assist with patient preparation, intraoperative management, and recovery
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility protocols
• Collaborate with perioperative staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Georgia license or eligibility
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
