Job Description

Full-time W-2 CRNA position within NAPA’s SWAT Program, offering the unique opportunity to rotate across multiple New York facilities while maintaining stable employment, top-tier compensation, and comprehensive travel support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations
• Verify patient consent and discuss anesthesia options
• Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia safely
• Monitor patient physiology and respond with appropriate interventions
• Collaborate within a physician/CRNA care-team model across multiple sites

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized compensation equivalent to $310,000+ ($151.44/hr)

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• NBCRNA certification or recertification

Schedule & Work Environment

• Work across multiple NAPA sites throughout the New York region
• Shifts vary by facility
• Up to two calls per month included in salary
• Hours over 40/week paid at 1.5×
• Additional call optional and compensated at $500 per call (site-specific terms)
