Job Description
Full-time W-2 CRNA position within NAPA’s SWAT Program, offering the unique opportunity to rotate across multiple New York facilities while maintaining stable employment, top-tier compensation, and comprehensive travel support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations
- Verify patient consent and discuss anesthesia options
- Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia safely
- Monitor patient physiology and respond with appropriate interventions
- Collaborate within a physician/CRNA care-team model across multiple sites
Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized compensation equivalent to $310,000+ ($151.44/hr)

Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- NBCRNA certification or recertification
Schedule & Work Environment
- Work across multiple NAPA sites throughout the New York region
- Shifts vary by facility
- Up to two calls per month included in salary
- Hours over 40/week paid at 1.5×
- Additional call optional and compensated at $500 per call (site-specific terms)
