Job Description

Guide Anesthesia is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its East Valley anesthesia team serving Arizona Spine & Joint Hospital and Dignity Health – Arizona General Hospital Mesa. This high-autonomy opportunity offers experienced providers the ability to practice independently while working alongside respected physician colleagues in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across orthopedic, spine, and general surgery cases
• Perform comprehensive preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Monitor patients during all phases of anesthesia care and recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation starting at $400,000+
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and licensure required
• Arizona licensure required or eligible
• Previous independent practice experience strongly preferred
• Strong orthopedic and spine anesthesia experience preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time 1099 position
• Autonomous CRNA practice environment
• First-call rotation approximately every fifth night
• No second-call responsibilities
• Orthopedic, spine, and general surgery case mix
• Collaborative relationship with experienced physician colleagues
• Exclusive contract group serving premier East Valley facilities
