This full-time opportunity is ideal for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist seeking long-term stability, autonomy, and a strong work–life balance within an outpatient-focused practice. The group provides anesthesia services across multiple outpatient surgery centers throughout Maryland and is seeking a dependable CRNA to join the team in a 1099 capacity. Clinical Practice Model

• 100% CRNA-delivered anesthesia with no medical direction
• Independent practice model
• CRNA administers induction agents
• Outpatient surgery center setting
• No first call or second call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation range of $300,000–$350,000 (1099)
• Flexible vacation structure with paid days off
• Optional vacation buy-back program to increase earnings
• Occasional non-clinical “available” days built into the schedule

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• No call, no nights, and no weekends
• Immediate start available
• Coverage across multiple outpatient centers within Maryland

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification and licensure
• Comfort practicing independently
• Interest in outpatient anesthesia practice
• Ability to work across multiple locations as needed
