Job Description
Bergen Anesthesia Group is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join an established and growing private practice serving The Valley Hospital in Paramus and Ridgewood, New Jersey. This W-2 position offers an excellent balance of autonomy, compensation, and lifestyle, making it an attractive option for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates. CRNAs in this role are encouraged to practice to the full scope of their training within a supportive, physician-led care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a broad surgical case mix
- Perform neuraxial and regional anesthesia as desired
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, monitoring, and documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Tiered base salary by experience:
- 0–3 years: $285,000
- 4–7 years: $300,000
- 8–11 years: $310,000
- 12+ years: $317,000
- Competitive sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment

Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for New Jersey licensure and hospital credentialing
