Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) Herrin Hospital in Herrin, Illinois. This position offers a unique schedule working 26 weeks per year with 5×10-hour shifts and optional call.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases
- Collaborate with surgical teams in a hospital-based setting
- Participate in call coverage on an optional basis
Compensation & Benefits
- Top of Market Base Salary: $200K – $300K
- $75K Sign-On Bonus with 3-year commitment
- Generous PTO: 26 weeks annually
