Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team for a night position at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a diverse, high-acuity case mix during night shifts
  • Work collaboratively within a large, experienced anesthesia care team
  • Support emergency, trauma, and complex surgical cases as needed overnight

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $235,000 – $300,000, commensurate with experience, plus 25% night differential
  • Incentives, Stipends & $98K Sign-on Bonus
  • Work 72 hours and get paid for 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Performance bonus, differential pay, OT pay, holiday pay, and more
  • Generous PTO
  • Full Time, W2
  • Flexible Scheduling: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available; night shifts 7pm–7am with higher differential for weekend nights
