Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, Washington is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a stable, well-respected anesthesia team on the Olympic Peninsula. Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope anesthesia care independently without medical direction
- Manage general anesthesia cases across multiple surgical specialties
- Perform and develop advanced regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided blocks
- Participate in OB anesthesia coverage including epidural placement
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation between $370,000 and $380,000+
- $30,000 sign-on bonus with two-year commitment
- Approximately 13 weeks off annually
- 1099 independent contractor status
- Highly predictable schedule with no OR call
Schedule & Work Environment
- Four-week rotation model:
- Week 1: OR coverage
- Week 2: OB coverage (in-house only when epidural is active)
- Week 3: OR coverage
- Week 4: Off / unscheduled (vacation week)
- No medical direction or supervision
- CRNAs cover OB call only; anesthesiologists cover OR call
Case Mix

- Approximately 250 OB epidurals annually
Job Requirements
- Active Washington CRNA license or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification
- Comfort practicing independently at full scope
- New graduates considered
