Job Description

The Oral and Facial Surgery Center of Dickson is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a high-quality ambulatory surgery center serving pediatric dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery patients. Located just 45 minutes west of Nashville, this role offers a predictable weekday schedule, a focused outpatient case mix, and excellent work-life balance with no call, weekends, or holidays.

Practice Environment

This is an ASC-based anesthesia role in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical center. CRNAs practice independently without medical direction and collaborate closely with oral surgeons, dental providers, and experienced ASC staff. The environment emphasizes efficiency, safety, and consistent clinical workflows.

Case Mix & Anesthesia Scope

• Pediatric dentistry anesthesia
• Oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Outpatient ASC procedures
• No cardiac, trauma, obstetric, neuro, or vascular cases
• No regional or neuraxial anesthesia

Schedule & Workload

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday standard work hours
• No call responsibilities
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No overnight shifts

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provision of anesthesia care for pediatric and adult dental/OMFS patients
• Pre-anesthesia assessments and individualized care planning
• Airway management, ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Intraoperative anesthesia management and patient monitoring
• Post-anesthesia recovery oversight and discharge
• Accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Compensation & Employment Structure

• Employment model: W-2
• Annual compensation range: $220,000–$260,000
• $40,000 retention/sign-on bonus with one-year commitment
• Paid medical malpractice insurance

Candidate Requirements

• Active or eligible Tennessee CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required or in examination process
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
