Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in a split position between St Joseph Elgin and Hoffman Estates Surgery Center in Illinois. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call. CRNAs work independently in a collaborative model with a physician on site and have strong opportunities to perform regional anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across two outpatient surgery center locations
  • Work independently within a collaborative care model
  • Perform regional anesthesia when appropriate
  • Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia services for a diverse outpatient case mix

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Salary: $126/hour with benefits
  • Hourly rate also available without benefits
