Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate experienced Cardiac Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a high-performing cardiovascular anesthesia team at a top-tier facility, offering advanced CV case exposure, strong collaboration, and a culture focused on growth and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for complex cardiovascular surgical cases
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated CV anesthesia team
• Participate in scheduled call coverage with opportunities for additional shifts
• Deliver high-acuity anesthesia care in a team-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Range: $310K – $340K
• Base Salary: $240K
• CV Stipend: $20K
• Incentives: $10K
• Call Pay: $40K – $70K
• Sign-On Bonus: $90K
• Generous PTO: 7 weeks
• Full Time, W2

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Prior cardiovascular anesthesia experience required
