Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate experienced Cardiac Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a high-performing cardiovascular anesthesia team at a top-tier facility, offering advanced CV case exposure, strong collaboration, and a culture focused on growth and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for complex cardiovascular surgical cases
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated CV anesthesia team
- Participate in scheduled call coverage with opportunities for additional shifts
- Deliver high-acuity anesthesia care in a team-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation Range: $310K – $340K
- Base Salary: $240K
- CV Stipend: $20K
- Incentives: $10K
- Call Pay: $40K – $70K
- Sign-On Bonus: $90K
- Generous PTO: 7 weeks
- Full Time, W2

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Prior cardiovascular anesthesia experience required
