Job Description

MH Talent Partners is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a high-performing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and primarily focuses on pain management procedures with occasional podiatry cases.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for pain management procedures including injections, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive spine procedures
• Provide anesthesia support for occasional podiatric surgeries
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient case flow
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia care

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $200/hour
• W-2 employment structure
• Open to both full-time and part-time schedules
• No medical directorship responsibilities
• No first call responsibilities
• No second call responsibilities
• Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call
• Predictable outpatient case volume

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active or eligible Nevada RN/APRN licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient surgery preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule
• No nights, weekends, or call
