Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across hospital and ambulatory settings
• Perform preoperative assessments and manage anesthetic plans
• Deliver intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia care
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation, including overnight and weekend emergency coverage
• Work collaboratively under direct anesthesiologist supervision

Compensation & Benefits

• $240,000 – $525,000 annual salary range
• $100,000 sign-on/retention bonus (3-year commitment)
• Overtime paid at 200% of hourly rate
• Weekly schedules up to 50 hours for call-taking CRNAs

Job Requirements

• W-2 employment
• Eligibility for CRNA licensure in New York
• Ability to participate in call rotation
• Comfort working under anesthesiologist supervision

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with immediate start
• 50-hour weekly schedule for call-taking CRNAs
• 1:8 call rotation (weeknight call until 10 PM; weekend call is 24-hour emergency coverage)
• Mix of hospital and ASC settings based on preference and skill set
• Case mix includes cardiac, vascular, GI, ortho, pediatrics, cosmetic surgery, OB, and more
