Job Description

Sleep Dentistry Spokane, a fully credentialed Dental Ambulatory Surgery Center, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing anesthesia team. This position offers a highly rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful care for special needs patients and individuals requiring anesthesia-assisted dental treatment — all within a supportive, well-staffed environment with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for dental and oral surgery procedures across a wide range of patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and special needs patients.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop safe, individualized anesthesia plans.
• Provide intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia care with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with dental surgeons, anesthesia assistants, and clinical staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Exercise full clinical autonomy while adhering to best practices in anesthesia management and documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $240,000–$330,000 (based on schedule and experience)
• Daily guarantee with full-time, part-time, or locum options available

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Washington State license required
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (assistance with PALS available if needed)
• Ability to practice autonomously in an outpatient anesthesia setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered anesthesia care

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time preferred; part-time and locum options available
• Four 10-hour shifts per week (weekday hours only: 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Small, tight-knit anesthesia team with two experienced CRNAs and anesthesia assistants
