Job Description

Delphi Healthcare is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia care team at Lewis County General Hospital in Lowville, New York. This is a top-paying opportunity for CRNAs seeking stability, a supportive environment, and an excellent work-life balance in a low-volume hospital setting. The position offers the option to work as either a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures in a team-based model.
  • Work collaboratively under the direction of the Anesthesiologist-in-Chief within the anesthesia care team model.
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments, administer anesthesia, and oversee patient recovery.
  • Participate in call rotation, ensuring 24-hour anesthesia coverage as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and complete anesthesia records in compliance with hospital standards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual income: $250,000–$350,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Option to work as a W-2 employee (with full benefits) or as a 1099 contractor
  • Low-volume hospital setting
  • Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts
  • Call rotation: every other night and every third weekend
  • Supportive and collaborative anesthesia team

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current New York State RN licensure
  • NBCRNA certification required
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position with 8-hour weekday shifts
  • Every other night call and every third weekend call
  • Low-volume, community hospital environment
  • Collaborative anesthesia care team model
