Job Description
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia care team at Lewis County General Hospital in Lowville, New York. The position offers the option to work as either a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures in a team-based model.
- Work collaboratively under the direction of the Anesthesiologist-in-Chief within the anesthesia care team model.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments, administer anesthesia, and oversee patient recovery.
- Participate in call rotation, ensuring 24-hour anesthesia coverage as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete anesthesia records in compliance with hospital standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual income: $250,000–$350,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Option to work as a W-2 employee (with full benefits) or as a 1099 contractor
- Low-volume hospital setting
- Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts
- Call rotation: every other night and every third weekend

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current New York State RN licensure
- NBCRNA certification required
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position with 8-hour weekday shifts
- Every other night call and every third weekend call
