Job Description

Terre Haute Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative anesthesia team in Terre Haute, Indiana. This is a full-time, daytime-only position with no nights, weekends, or call — offering a stable schedule and excellent work-life balance. Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment covering the main OR and OB with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care under a medical supervision model.
• Deliver anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and obstetric procedures.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.
• Ensure optimal patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 compensation: $290,000 annually
• 1099 compensation: $340,000 annually
• Eligible for a retention bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package (for W-2 employees)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active Indiana license
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a medical supervision model
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Daytime schedule only
• No weekends and no call required
• Holiday coverage on a rotation basis
• Main OR and OB anesthesia coverage
