Job Description

A thriving all-CRNA group in Idaho’s Magic Valley is seeking 1–2 full-time CRNAs to support expansion as a new OR is added. The practice currently has four full-time CRNAs and several part-time providers. This role offers autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to live in an area known for skiing, water sports, and hiking. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Income: $300,000 – $340,000 (DOE)
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Call: Currently 1:4, moving to 1:5 and 1:6 as new CRNAs join
• Callbacks are rare
