Job Description

Kalamazoo Anesthesiology, PC is actively seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join one of Southwest Michigan’s most established and respected anesthesia practices. This W-2 position offers guaranteed pay for at least 8 hours per day, overtime opportunities, and a collaborative care team environment that still allows CRNAs to practice with meaningful autonomy. The group supports professional growth across a wide range of subspecialties while maintaining a strong focus on teamwork, clinical excellence, and community engagement.

Clinical Practice Model

• Anesthesia care team model with CRNA autonomy
• Opportunity to practice at the top of licensure
• Broad case exposure including pediatrics, regional anesthesia, and cardiac cases
• Affiliated with Level I and Level II trauma centers, regional hospitals, and surgery centers

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary from $230,000 annually
• Guaranteed minimum of 8 paid hours per day
