Job Description
in Shreveport is hiring a full-time CRNA for a collaborative anesthesia department at a Level III trauma center. The role offers diverse cases, modern equipment, strong leadership, and an emphasis on work/life balance with 4×10-hour shifts and every other Fri–Mon off.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a wide case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, vascular, urology, gyn, robotics, plastics, healthy peds ENT, eyes, and EP
- Work collaboratively with CRNAs and MDAs
- Perform anesthesia with advanced equipment (GlideScopes, McGraths, new Mindray systems)
- Participate in a positive, team-driven environment with mentorship support
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $220,000 – $300,000
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Premium pay of $200/hr for hours over 40
- Shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends
- Holiday pay at 1.5×
- Sign-on incentives and student stipend

Job Requirements
- APRN license in Louisiana
- Comfort working within a collaborative CRNA/MDA model
- Ability to manage a broad variety of cases
Schedule & Work Environment
- 4×10-hour shifts
- Off every other Fri–Mon
- Level III trauma center setting
