Job Description

in Shreveport is hiring a full-time CRNA for a collaborative anesthesia department at a Level III trauma center. The role offers diverse cases, modern equipment, strong leadership, and an emphasis on work/life balance with 4×10-hour shifts and every other Fri–Mon off.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, vascular, urology, gyn, robotics, plastics, healthy peds ENT, eyes, and EP
• Work collaboratively with CRNAs and MDAs
• Perform anesthesia with advanced equipment (GlideScopes, McGraths, new Mindray systems)
• Participate in a positive, team-driven environment with mentorship support

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 – $300,000
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Premium pay of $200/hr for hours over 40
• Shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends
• Holiday pay at 1.5×
• Sign-on incentives and student stipend

Job Requirements

• APRN license in Louisiana
• Comfort working within a collaborative CRNA/MDA model
• Ability to manage a broad variety of cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• 4×10-hour shifts
• Off every other Fri–Mon
• Level III trauma center setting
