Job Description

Med Center Health in Bowling Green, Kentucky is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a well-established and rapidly growing anesthesia team. This hospital-employed opportunity offers an exceptional work environment, strong support staff, and the ability to practice autonomously under an MD consult model within a high-volume, modern surgical facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across 18 operating rooms and one hybrid suite.
• Work independently while collaborating within a team that includes 30+ CRNAs and 2 supervising physicians.
• Manage anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases with autonomy and precision.
• Participate in a structured call rotation with supplemental pay and post-call flexibility.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Salary: $240,250 annually
• Vacation: 7 weeks per year
• Call: Twice per month, $400 per night
• Overtime: $200 per hour
• Practice Model: MD consultant model with full CRNA autonomy
• Cases: Approximately 13,000 surgeries annually

Job Requirements

• Active Kentucky CRNA license (or eligibility)
• NBCRNA certification required
• Experience in independent anesthesia practice preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
