Commonwealth Anesthesia Associates (CAA) is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its respected private practice at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts. This W-2 position offers the opportunity to practice in a highly regarded community hospital consistently ranked among the nation’s top hospitals.
CRNAs practice within a medically directed care team model alongside a large and collaborative group of anesthesiologists. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care within a medically directed team model

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation range of $270,000–$300,000
- W-2 private practice employment
- Generous overtime compensation based on shift length
- Flexible shift options: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligibility for Massachusetts RN and CRNA licensure
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred
