Commonwealth Anesthesia Associates (CAA) is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its respected private practice at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts. This W-2 position offers the opportunity to practice in a highly regarded community hospital consistently ranked among the nation’s top hospitals.

CRNAs practice within a medically directed care team model alongside a large and collaborative group of anesthesiologists. The clinical environment supports a diverse surgical case mix while prioritizing efficiency, patient-centered care, and professional collaboration. Providers work structured day shifts, with multiple schedule options designed to support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a medically directed team model
• Deliver anesthesia services across a diverse surgical case mix
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and perioperative staff
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and patient monitoring
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-focused perioperative experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation range of $270,000–$300,000
• W-2 private practice employment
• Generous overtime compensation based on shift length
• Flexible shift options: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

• No first or second call requirements

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligibility for Massachusetts RN and CRNA licensure
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred
