Commonwealth Anesthesia Associates (CAA) is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its respected private practice at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts. CRNAs practice within a medically directed care team model alongside a large and collaborative group of anesthesiologists. Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual compensation range of $270,000–$300,000
  • W-2 private practice employment
  • Generous overtime compensation based on shift length
  • Flexible shift options: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligibility for Massachusetts RN and CRNA licensure
  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • ACLS and PALS certification preferred
