Job Description

Banner Health: Washakie Medical Center in Worland, Wyoming is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their expanding anesthesia team. Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services
• Perform ultrasound-guided blocks and epidurals
• Support surgical procedures including orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, and OB
• Participate in an alternating call schedule (2 weeks on, 1 week off)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $235,008 – $248,608 (commensurate with experience)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $20,000 relocation assistance

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current Wyoming licensure or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in regional techniques including blocks and epidurals

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
• Call shared among a team of 3 CRNAs
• CRNA-only model with full scope practice autonomy
• Supportive clinical team with modern OR facilities
