Job Description

Mount Ogden Anesthesia Group is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our independent anesthesia practice serving multiple outpatient surgery centers across Northern Utah. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care independently across a range of outpatient surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer and monitor all forms of anesthesia appropriate to the outpatient environment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all practice standards and facility policies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual income: $250,000–$280,000
• 1099 independent contractor position offering flexibility and autonomy

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred
• Current Utah CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven ability to practice independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• No first call, nights, or weekends required
• Work primarily in outpatient surgery centers
• Stable group with established caseload and consistent scheduling
