Need a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time W-2 position in a historic Virginia community near Washington, DC and about 60 minutes from Richmond. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of cases per facility scope.
- Collaborate with physicians and perioperative teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to evidence-based protocols, documentation standards, and quality metrics.
- Participate in call/scheduling as assigned within the team model.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $250,000 – $360,000 annually, DOE.
- $100,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
- Eligible for Virginia licensure as a CRNA.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Comfort with a range of anesthesia cases in a collaborative environment.
