Job Description

Need a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time W-2 position in a historic Virginia community near Washington, DC and about 60 minutes from Richmond. This is a stable, high-compensation role with flexible scheduling (including options up to 24-hour shifts), full benefits, and a generous sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of cases per facility scope.
Collaborate with physicians and perioperative teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Adhere to evidence-based protocols, documentation standards, and quality metrics.
Participate in call/scheduling as assigned within the team model.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $250,000 – $360,000 annually, DOE.
$100,000 sign-on bonus.
Full W-2 benefits package (health, retirement, PTO, CME, and more).
Relocation assistance may be available.

Job Requirements

NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
Eligible for Virginia licensure as a CRNA.
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
Comfort with a range of anesthesia cases in a collaborative environment.

Full-time W-2 employment.
Flexible scheduling with options up to 24-hour shifts.
