Job Description
New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a nationally recognized orthopedic specialty hospital. NEBH is a 75-bed facility with 16 operating rooms and a mission centered on restoring function, alleviating pain, and advancing care for musculoskeletal disease.
CRNAs practice in a supervised anesthesia care team environment with a diverse orthopedic-focused case mix. The clinical practice involves predominantly neuraxial and regional anesthesia for joint procedures, along with general anesthesia for spine surgery. This role is well suited for CRNAs who enjoy orthopedic anesthesia and value working in an organized specialty setting with strong clinical collaboration.
NEBH is academically affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine and supports teaching programs in collaboration with Harvard Medical School. This W-2 position offers a stable schedule with no call requirements and immediate start availability. New graduates are welcome, and 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a high-volume orthopedic surgical population
- Perform neuraxial and regional anesthesia techniques for joint replacement and related procedures
- Support general anesthesia care for spine surgery cases
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and perioperative teams in a supervised model
- Maintain safe, guideline-driven anesthesia practice and documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary starting at $280,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus with no required commitment
- W-2 employment

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Massachusetts CRNA licensure required
- NBCRNA certification required (exam process acceptable)
- Current ACLS certification required
- PALS certification negotiable
- New graduates acceptable; 1–2 years experience preferred

- Full-time position with immediate start
