Job Description

Essentia Health–Fargo is recruiting a full-time CRNA to join its large, collaborative anesthesia care team within a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Providers support a wide range of surgical and procedural services, including 13 operating rooms, endoscopy, interventional radiology, the cath lab, radiology, and obstetrics. This role includes call, weekend coverage, and limited holiday assignments. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple hospital departments including ORs, Endo, IR, Cath Lab, and OB
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized care plans
• Deliver safe intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia management
• Participate in call rotation, weekend coverage, and 1–2 holidays per year
• Collaborate with a team of 34 CRNAs and 11 anesthesiologists

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment
• Compensation range: $290,000–$350,000
• $80,000 bonus available
• 12-month student stipend available for eligible candidates

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for North Dakota licensure
• Open to new graduate applicants
• Willingness to participate in call and weekend rotations

• Full-time hospital-based role
• Call frequency varies
• Includes weekend and 1–2 holiday assignments annually
• Team-based environment with a large, established anesthesia group
