Somnia Anesthesia is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesia team at Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. This opportunity is based in a full-service community hospital and offers a stable care team model with a predictable surgical schedule.

CRNAs in this role will practice within a collaborative anesthesia care team supporting a broad range of surgical services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for scheduled surgical and obstetric procedures
• Practice within a care team model alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Support anesthetizing locations including operating rooms and OB services
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with perioperative staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $301,600 (W-2)
• Hourly equivalent rate of $145
• $50,000 sign-on bonus with three-year commitment
• Six weeks of paid time off
• $4,000 annual CME allowance

Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license or ability to obtain
• NBCRNA certification or board eligibility in process
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• DEA registration and state CDS
• Ability to practice in a collaborative care team environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time hospital-based anesthesia practice
• Four operating rooms with staggered weekday schedules
• Approximately 2,600 cases annually
• Case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and OB
• No cardiac, neuro, trauma, pediatric, or head cases
• First and second call responsibilities negotiable
