Job Description

Minneapolis Anesthesia Partners (MAP) is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its established private practice anesthesia group serving multiple surgery centers throughout the Minneapolis metro area, including Plymouth, Minneapolis, and Lakeville.

This position offers flexibility for full-time, 0.75 FTE, or casual schedules within a physician-led care team model. CRNAs are medically directed by a collegial anesthesiologist group and work in a well-supported, high-functioning outpatient environment. MAP emphasizes long-term sustainability, professional respect, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care within a team-based, medically directed model
  • Deliver anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties in ambulatory settings
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and anesthesia technicians
  • Participate in infrequent, self-scheduled home call rotations

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active Minnesota CRNA license or eligibility
  • NBCRNA certification required (examining candidates considered)
  • Ability to function within a medically directed team care model

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, part-time, or casual schedules available
  • Surgery center-based practice
  • Infrequent first and second call with guaranteed post-call day off
  • Diverse outpatient case mix
  • Large, well-supported anesthesia department with extensive technical staff
