Ivory Anesthesia is a rapidly growing, CRNA-only, office-based dental anesthesia practice serving the Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Provo metro areas. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced, independent CRNA who is interested in long-term growth, exceptional work–life balance, and a true ownership pathway.

This is not a traditional employee role. Ivory Anesthesia operates as a business-minded CRNA group where providers are treated as partners, not just contractors. All CRNAs are offered partial ownership opportunities, along with profit sharing as the practice continues to expand. The group values autonomy, collaboration, and financial transparency.

CRNAs work independently in a dental anesthesia setting with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. The average workload is approximately 35 hours per week, allowing for a highly sustainable schedule while still offering substantial earning potential.

Compensation & Ownership

• Guaranteed minimum annual income of $300,000
• Typical earnings range from $300,000 to $500,000+
• New CRNAs earn 77% of gross collections, increasing annually
• Ownership equity and profit-sharing opportunities available
• Income historically exceeds guaranteed salary within the first year

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position averaging ~35 hours per week
• No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• 5 weeks of vacation annually
• Independent CRNA-only practice model

Additional Details

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Initial monitors and equipment provided
• CRNAs provide their own malpractice insurance
• Ongoing supply and equipment costs average ~5% of annual earnings
