Job Description

A full-time CRNA position is available at an ambulatory surgery center in Lincoln, NE. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no call, no nights, no weekends, and most holidays off. The practice is seeking a CRNA with strong clinical skills, professionalism, and flexibility, though newer CRNAs may also be considered with training support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in an ASC setting
• Work independently across a variety of outpatient procedures
• Ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery and patient monitoring
• Collaborate with the surgical and clinical team for high-quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $210,000–$215,000+

Job Requirements

• Board Certified (NBCRNA)
• Active Nebraska RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Background check and professional references
• 1+ year of CRNA experience preferred (will consider less with training)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• ASC setting with hours reflecting operating schedules
• No call, no nights, no weekends
