Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital in Fort Worth is recruiting a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a private-practice anesthesia group providing care in a high-efficiency surgical hospital setting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across scheduled surgical cases within a hospital-based environment
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia in collaboration with the care team
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and ensure safe postoperative transitions
- Document anesthesia care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation range of $240,000–$300,000+
- W-2 compensation structure with salary-based income

Job Requirements
- Active Texas CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification required
