Job Description

This full-time CRNA role at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no call, and a highly supportive clinical environment. Providers enjoy a broad surgical case mix in a 268-bed not-for-profit hospital affiliated with Beth Israel Hospital. Both W-2 and 1099 arrangements are available, with the W-2 package offering strong compensation, full benefits, and generous paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical specialties, excluding cardiac.
• Perform preoperative assessments and administer safe, patient-centered anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams in a collegial environment.
• Support efficient OR workflow across general, GYN, ortho, ENT, plastics, vascular, urology, and podiatry cases.

Compensation & Benefits

• $290,000 annual salary (W-2)
• $10,000 annual bonus
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification and Massachusetts licensure
