Job Description

Olena Medical, LLC is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its rapidly expanding anesthesia division across Mercer and Bergen Counties in New Jersey. This full-time opportunity emphasizes predictable schedules, strong work-life balance, and a unique profit-sharing compensation model. CRNAs practice primarily in ambulatory settings with flexible 8–10 hour shifts and no call, weekends, or holidays.

Practice Environment

This is a private practice anesthesia group providing services across multiple ambulatory centers throughout northern and central New Jersey. CRNAs work in a medically directed model with experienced anesthesiologists who are comfortable collaborating closely with CRNAs. The environment is collegial, well-resourced, and designed to support clinician autonomy appropriate to experience and case acuity.

Case Mix & Anesthesia Scope

• Ambulatory anesthesia cases across multiple specialties
• Orthopedic anesthesia performed sometimes
• Regional anesthesia performed sometimes
• Acute pain service involvement as needed
• Occasional preoperative screening clinic duties
• No cardiac, thoracic, trauma, or obstetric anesthesia

Schedule & Workload

• Full-time position with part-time options available
• Flexible 8–10 hour shifts
• Predictable scheduling
• No call responsibilities
• No weekends
• No holidays

Clinical Responsibilities

• Delivery of anesthesia care in ambulatory practice settings
• Collaboration with anesthesiologists and perioperative teams
• Preoperative assessment and anesthesia planning
• Intraoperative management and postoperative handoff
• Participation in regional and acute pain techniques as appropriate

Compensation & Employment Structure

• Employment model: W-2
• Annual salary range: $250,000–$300,000+
• Six weeks of paid time off

Candidate Requirements

• Active New Jersey CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required or in examination process
• ACLS required
