Job Description

Jefferson Healthcare, an award-winning critical access hospital in scenic Port Townsend, Washington, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their CRNA-only practice. Work 10-hour shifts in a supportive, close-knit team providing general anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties. Key Responsibilities

• Provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for a variety of procedures
• Perform spinal and epidurals, nerve blocks, MAC, and IV sedation
• Deliver anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, OBGYN, urology, endoscopy, dermatology, plastics, ENT, and cardioversions
• Work independently in the ED and ICU performing intubations and central lines
• Collaborate within a CRNA-only anesthesia model using Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $250,000–$270,000 based on experience
• Sign-on bonus available
• Full-time, 1.0 FTE (150 shifts per year, 10-hour shifts)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience required
• Proficient in orthopedic, laparoscopic, plastic, OB, and general anesthesia procedures
• Experience with ICU/ED intubations and procedures preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position: 10-hour shifts, 150 shifts annually
• CRNA-only practice model with full scope autonomy
• DNV-accredited, 25-bed critical access hospital with 6 rural health clinics
• Use of Epic EMR and modern anesthesia equipment
