Call Required Full Time Group MA W-2

Southcoast Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a large, established anesthesia service supporting multiple hospitals in Southeastern Massachusetts. This is a full-time, hospital-employed W-2 role offering a high base salary, structured call sharing, and exposure to a broad surgical case mix across several clinical environments. The position is well-suited for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates seeking a stable, long-term practice with strong institutional support.

Practice Environment

• Integrated health system with five clinical locations
• Hospital-based anesthesia services
• Medical direction model with approximately 90% MD supervision
• CRNAs participate in induction depending on case and workflow
• Call is shared among CRNA staff with variable frequency

Clinical Scope & Case Mix

• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Obstetrics
• Pediatrics
• Neurosurgery
• Electrophysiology
• Trauma (no cardiac cases)
• Opportunities to participate in regional anesthesia

Schedule & Call Structure

• Full-time employment
• Call shared among CRNAs
• First and second call frequency varies by site and staffing needs
• Post-call day off available on a situational basis

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $300,000 annually

Candidate Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Active or eligible Massachusetts CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
